From time to time, we do make changes to the name/description of the listing. We have found that this can cause confusion when your payment is divided. Please feel free to reach out to us directly if you have any questions regarding these details. (662-416-8430) If you book on VRBO, you will immediately will be charged a service fee by VRBO directly. The remaining balance will be paid to the owner outside of VRBO. (51% when you book and 49% is due 60 days prior to your check-in date) If you book on Airbnb, you will be automatically charged through Airbnb. If you book through booking.com, you will be required to make your first payment immediately to the owner. ( We will be reaching out to you directly.) If you book directly through our website, we will be reaching out to you to collect payment within 24-48 hours.
We want to highly discourage bringing any pets. In the rare case that we allow a pet, we will have a $300 non refundable fee for each approved pet. (limit: 2) Please allow us the appropriate communication when you are considering bringing your pet.
We welcome children to all of our locations. There’s a high chair and pack ‘n play provided at each location upon request. For an extra fee, we can provide other equipment such as: car seats, strollers, and stair guards. Please contact us for further details.
We can sometimes be flexible on arrival and departure dates and times. If you are unable to select the dates you would like in the calendar, please contact us.
Check-in is at 4pm central and check-out is at 10am central. There are some occasions in which we can accommodate early check-in or late check-out. If this is something you may be interested in, please note that we will have to make arrangements in advance.
For our Branson and Panama City Beach properties, we will have an upcharge of $75 for late check-out as well as $75 for early check-in. ( For early check in, this would grant access to you two hours before the regular check in time of 4pm. For late check out, this would allow you to retain access to the house two hours after check out time of 10am.)
For Joplin and Bentonville locations, we will have an upcharge of $45 for late check-out as well as $45 for early check-in. ( For early check in, this would grant access to you two hours before the regular check in time of 4pm. For late check out, this would allow you to retain access to the house two hours after check out time of 10am.)
